At Blooms Glasgow, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the items safely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization code is clearly included inside.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package to our Glasgow warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives safely back to our team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
